Sidhartha Rajput is a product manager and entrepreneur with over 8 years of experience across e-commerce, content, SaaS and marketplace industries. Beyond his product roles, he has founded and exited two ventures of his own, giving him a builder's perspective on go-to-market strategy, product lifecycle management, UI/UX design and data analysis.
Education and qualifications
Sidhartha did his undergraduate studies at Sharda University, where he earned a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering. He later pursued a Master of Business Administration at the Indian Institute of Technology, Jodhpur, rounding out an engineering foundation with formal business and management training.
Work experience
Sidhartha's entrepreneurial career began in 2018, when he founded Kraft Daddy, a design and printing agency that handled bulk procurement for corporate clients. As Director of Operations and Product, he built the venture into a business that worked with organisations like Zee Media, Amity University, Delhi University, Royal Enfield, Hyatt, Sheraton, Marriott and Targus. He continued as an advisor to the business into 2021 after stepping back from full-time operations, marking the exit from his first venture.
Alongside running Kraft Daddy, Sidhartha moved into structured product roles, starting as an Associate Product Manager at HelloAR in Bengaluru, followed by a similar role at Momspresso in Gurugram. He then joined Bizup as a Product Manager, working across a broad set of product management functions and KPIs.
Sidhartha currently works as a Technical Product Manager - AVP at Thriwe, a role he has held since mid-2024, where he focuses on go-to-market strategy and applying artificial intelligence within product development.

Sidhartha describes himself as someone who enjoys meeting new people and exchanging ideas on products and emerging technologies, and is open to conversations on everything from stock trading to the benefits of meditation reflecting a curiosity that extends beyond the immediate scope of his product work into how he thinks and operates more broadly.
