Saksham Agarwal is a Chartered Accountant, the founder of Jobaaj Group, and a stock market mentor who has trained more than 10,000 students. He has been active in the capital markets for over six years and built Jobaaj Learnings as the group's ed-tech arm.
Education and qualifications
Saksham grew up in an education-focused family with an equal interest in sports and non-academic activities. He completed his International Baccalaureate diploma in 2013 and, on his father's advice (himself a CA), enrolled in the CA programme. He cleared CPT and IPCC, completed his articleship in the audit division at PwC, and qualified as a CA in 2019 with the All India highest score in the SFM (Strategic Financial Management) paper of the CA Final. The qualification took six years rather than five, as a documentation issue cost him a year.
Capital markets experience
Saksham began trading and investing during his CA preparation, in a family where the capital markets were already a familiar territory. He documented his learning in detail from the start, kept his early losses constrained, and used that record to build his understanding of risk/reward management. He later turned those notes and recorded lectures into structured teaching material.
Entrepreneurial and work experience
After qualifying as a CA, Saksham founded Jobaaj in 2019 while continuing to trade. His first training programme, Stock Market: Technical Analysis, drew a strong response, and seeing new traders regularly misled by self-styled market experts, he decided to scale the content into a proper platform. He brought in established market experts, consulted CA faculty Aaditya Jain on programme design, and founded Jobaaj Learnings as an application-based upskilling platform.
During the pandemic, when large numbers of first-time investors were entering the market, Jobaaj Learnings made many of its courses free to the public. The platform has since expanded beyond capital markets into Data, Consulting, Corporate Finance and Investment Banking, onboarding mentors from across the country. It now reaches 10,000+ new students a month and has helped more than 100,000 students and professionals upskill.
Approach to work
Saksham's stated focus is practical, result-oriented learning that gives students a clear, accurate understanding of the markets before they trade, both to protect them from scams and from avoidable losses. That principle shaped Jobaaj Learnings' early free-course push and continues to guide its programmes.
