Abhiruchi Atri is a corporate trainer with 13+ years of experience across HR, Learning & Development and behavioural training, working with professionals and teams on how they communicate, behave and lead at work. She designs and facilitates practical learning interventions aimed at helping people change how they operate at work, rather than simply teaching them another framework to file away.

Education and qualifications

Abhiruchi did her MBA in Oil and Gas Management at UPES between 2009 and 2011. She later trained as a certified Soft Skills Trainer at the Image Consulting Business Institute, a credential she pursued between 2024 and 2026 as she built out her specialisation in corporate training and facilitation.

Work experience

Abhiruchi's training career took a defined shape at Be.artsy: Awareness Experts, where she served first as Vice President - Business and later as a Consultant. In this role, she led business development across the full learning lifecycle partnering with corporate clients to diagnose workplace challenges, co-creating training content with subject matter experts, and managing projects end-to-end from pitch to final impact assessment. She built cross-sector client relationships spanning BFSI, FMCG, Energy, Tech, Pharma, Manufacturing and Education, an experience that shaped her understanding of what actually drives behaviour change at work.

She has since built an independent training practice, working as a Soft Skills Trainer and Communication Coach specialising in campus-to-corporate transitions, employability training for colleges, and corporate workshops on communication and behavioural competence. As part of this, she works with GeeksforGeeks as a Soft Skills and Interview Readiness Trainer, designing an employability skills program for freshers and early-career professionals that covers personal branding, resume and LinkedIn optimisation, interview communication, group discussion preparation and full mock interview simulations. She also works as an Employability Trainer with Naandi Foundation, and founded her own venture, AmpliRise, through which she offers training and facilitation services. She is also a certified POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) trainer.

Approach to work

Abhiruchi's facilitation style is discussion-led, scenario-based and application-focused, built around workplace situations, practical frameworks and hands-on practice rather than content-heavy presentations. Her approach follows a simple sequence she describes as Awareness, Concept and Execution: first identifying the specific behavioural gap a person or team has, then introducing a framework to address it, and finally creating space to practise applying it in real workplace situations.

She is also the author of Brilliant Minds, Terrible Introductions: How to Communicate Your Value Before the World Underestimates You, available on Amazon.
