Thousands of fans are expected to attend the event. However, people planning to reach the stadium should pay attention to the latest traffic advisory, metro arrangements and parking restrictions before leaving home.

The Delhi Traffic Police has announced traffic restrictions and diversions around JLN Stadium to manage the expected crowd. Meanwhile, the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) has extended metro services until midnight to make travelling easier for concertgoers.

Diljit Dosanjh has also requested fans to use the Delhi Metro instead of bringing their personal vehicles to the venue.

Here is everything you need to know before heading to the concert.

When And Where Is Diljit Dosanjh's Delhi Concert?

Diljit Dosanjh's Delhi concert will take place on October 30, 2026, at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium.

The event is part of his Aura India Tour 2026, which will cover several major Indian cities.

Delhi Metro Services Extended Until Midnight

One of the biggest travel updates for concertgoers is the extension of Delhi Metro services.

The DMRC has announced that metro services on all lines, except the Airport Express Line, will continue until midnight on October 30.

Additional train trips will also operate to help passengers return home after the concert. Standby trains will remain ready to manage any sudden increase in passenger numbers.

Diljit Dosanjh himself has encouraged fans to use the metro because it is a convenient way to reach the stadium and avoid traffic congestion.

This arrangement is particularly important because a large number of people are expected to travel towards JLN Stadium.

Which Is The Nearest Metro Station To JLN Stadium?

The JLN Stadium Metro Station on the Violet Line is the nearest metro station to the concert venue.

Fans can also use other nearby metro stations depending on their entry gates and travel routes.

Recommended metro stations:

• JLN Stadium: The nearest station, with access towards Gates 13, 14 and 17.
• Jangpura: Another option for passengers travelling on the Violet Line.
• INA: An alternative for passengers using the Yellow Line.
• Jor Bagh: Another Yellow Line option, followed by a ride towards the designated drop-off points.

Passengers should follow the directions given by security personnel and event staff after reaching the station.

Delhi Traffic Diversions: Which Roads Should You Avoid?

The Delhi Traffic Police has announced restrictions and diversions around JLN Stadium because of the expected rush.

These restrictions will remain in place from 1 PM until midnight on October 30.

The following roads and stretches may experience traffic congestion or restrictions:

• Bhishm Pitamah Marg
• Lodhi Road

This is one of the most important things fans should know before leaving for the concert.

General parking will not be available for concertgoers at or around JLN Stadium.

Limited parking arrangements at Sunehri Pula Bus Depot and Dayal Singh College are reserved for special invitees.

Fans travelling in their personal cars should therefore reconsider their plans. Finding parking near the stadium may be difficult because of traffic restrictions and security arrangements.

Using the metro is the recommended option for reaching the venue.

Where Can Cabs And Autos Drop Passengers?

People who prefer travelling by cab, auto-rickshaw or app-based taxi services should also check the designated pick-up and drop-off locations.

The traffic arrangements identify these important locations:

• Lal Masjid, Pragati Vihar: Another designated point for Gates 13, 14 and 17.
