What stands out is the team's pedigree founders Vivek Madani and Karishma Rathaur are both ex-Uber India executives who built and ran categories like Uber Premier and Rentals before pivoting to beauty. This isn't a first swing either they'd already built one beauty-discovery platform before this.
The real bet here is contrarian. While Blinkit, Zepto and Instamart are racing to stock everything, Firi is doing the opposite deliberately listing fewer products, chosen by AI.
